"Art has been my passion for as long as I can remember. As a born and raised Memphian, the complexity of the city and the beauty of its people have long been the inspiration for my artwork. Painting the figure continues to be my area of expertise. After earning my bachelor’s degree in fine arts with a concentration in painting from the University of Memphis, my wife helped me discover my love of teaching and sharing art with others. I currently lead an after school art program at The University of Memphis Campus School. When I am not teaching, I am spending time with my growing family. "
